Open your app – Log in to your account – Click “Account” – Click “PatPat REWARDS”
On this page, you can view your points and membership level, as well as your earned benefits and rewards.

2.Membership System
Membership Levels
PatPat Insider: Granted upon registration.
PatPat Plus: Earned by completing 1–2 orders within a calendar year.
PatPat All-Star: Earned by completing 3 or more orders within a calendar year.
Validity: Membership level is valid only for the current calendar year. On January 1st each year, the system resets and starts calculating from zero. The new level is determined based only on the orders completed within that year, and orders from previous years will not carry over.

📝 Note: Birthday Points Submission Time Requirement
To ensure you receive your birthday reward smoothly, please remember:
Birthday information must be submitted at least 30 days in advance.
If the submission is later than 30 days before your birthday, we will not be able to issue the birthday points.
This rule helps us make sure all customers receive the best experience and maximum benefits.
