What is a PatPat gift card?
The PatPat gift card is your exclusive digital wallet on the platform, used for:
1. Receiving order refunds and compensation for special circumstances in real-time.
2. Paying for orders quickly (automatically filling in payment information).
3. Storing funds securely (no need to bind sensitive information such as bank cards).
Where do I find my gift card?
How to Access and Check Your Gift Card
You can find the Gift Card email in your inbox.
All Gift Cards are sent to you by email, and you can check your Gift Card balance directly in your email.
If you do not see it, please check your spam or marketing folders.
If you still cannot locate the email, please contact our Customer Support team for assistance.
2. In the Gift Card email, click “View gift card balance” to see the remaining balance on your Gift Card at any time.
How to handle the order paid by gift card after it is cancelled?
The funds will be refunded via the original payment method:
1. For orders paid in full using the gift card: The amount will be immediately refunded to the gift card.
2. For orders paid by a combination of methods: The amount paid from the gift card will be refunded first, and the amounts paid via other payment channels will be refunded in the original payment method.
Why can't my gift card be used?
If your Gift Card cannot be used at checkout, please check the following:
Code entry
Make sure the Gift Card code is entered correctly, without spaces or extra characters.
2. Balance availability
Confirm that your Gift Card still has a remaining balance. You can check this in the Gift Card email by clicking “View gift card balance”.
3. Multiple cards
You may apply more than one Gift Card in a single order, but please ensure each code is entered separately.

Does the money on a gift card expire?
After the system upgrade, the balance on your Gift Card will not expire. You can use the Gift Card at any time for purchases on our platform, just like using cash.
