If your Gift Card cannot be used at checkout, please check the following:
Code entry
Make sure the Gift Card code is entered correctly, without spaces or extra characters.
2. Balance availability
Confirm that your Gift Card still has a remaining balance. You can check this in the Gift Card email by clicking “View gift card balance”.
3. Multiple cards
You may apply more than one Gift Card in a single order, but please ensure each code is entered separately.
If you have checked all of the above and your Gift Card still cannot be used, please contact our Customer Support team for further assistance.
