Why is my order logistics update so slow?

Updated over 3 weeks ago

We understand your concern about the package! If the tracking information hasn’t been updated for a long time, it may be due to the following reasons:

Common Situations:

  1. In long-distance or cross-border transit Some routes require the package to pass through multiple countries or transit centers, and each step can take time. Tracking updates may temporarily pause during customs clearance or while the package is in transit to a destination country, awaiting scanning by a local courier.

  2. Holidays or peak shipping seasons During major holidays like Christmas or Black Friday, warehouses and courier services may face high volumes and staff shortages, resulting in delays in processing.

  3. Uncontrollable factors Severe weather, changes in customs policies, or local strikes may also slow down tracking updates.

  4. Delays during courier transitions Tracking information is often delayed when a package is transferred from one courier to another. This is typical for international shipments where handovers between carriers occur. Updates resume once the package is scanned into the new courier’s system.

  5. Pre-sale orders without tracking updates For items purchased during a pre-sale, tracking updates will only begin once the item is in stock, processed, and shipped. You will receive notifications when the order is on its way.

What You Can Do:
If the tracking information hasn’t been updated for 5–7 consecutive days, you’re welcome to:

  1. Contact the courier directly to check the package status;

  2. Or simply provide us with your order number or tracking number, and our customer service team will help follow up with the logistics provider or step in to investigate.

  • Be patient with international shipments: Tracking updates may take a few days or more during international transit or handovers. Keep checking your tracking link for updates.

  • Wait for notifications on pre-sale items: Ensure you have provided accurate contact information to receive shipment notifications.

  • Understand normal delays in courier scanning: Updates to tracking are not always instantaneous; they reflect scans that occur at specific transit hubs or touchpoints.
