Shipping and Delivery Explanation:

If the tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package:
Please try the following steps first:
- Check with family members, neighbors, or property management to see if someone received the package on your behalf. 
- Look around places where the courier might have left the package, such as the doorstep, front desk, or mailbox. 
- If you still can’t locate the package after checking, please contact customer service promptly. 
To help us process your case quickly, please provide:
- Order number 
- Tracking status screenshot 
- If applicable, a brief note confirming non-receipt from your property manager or neighbor.
