How to Use Your Gift Card
Step 1: Find your gift card email in your inbox.
(If you don’t see it, please check your spam or marketing folders. If you still cannot find it, please contact our customer service team for assistance.)
Step 2: Copy the gift card code from the email.
You can also click “Visit online store” in the email to go directly to our online shop.
Step 3: Select the product and checkout
Select the items you want to purchase and click “Checkout” to proceed to the payment page.
Step 4: Copy the gift card code and apply it
After filling in your shipping and payment information, paste the copied code into the “Discount code or gift card” field and click “Apply.”
Enter your gift card code in this field.
Here you can see whether your gift card has been successfully applied.
You can also view how much the gift card has deducted from your total amount.
Finally you can see that your gift card has been successfully used
