  • Item Condition: Returns are accepted if items are unused and unwashed.

  • Free Return:
    We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. No worries! Simply return it for free within [30 days] of purchase for a full refund.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase but still see something you love in our collection, we're here to help! Exchange your item for free within [30 days] and find the perfect fit.

Start an Exchange

  • STEP 1.

    Click the "Start an Exchange" button.

  • STEP 2.

    You will be directed to Happy Returns.

  • STEP 3.

    Follow the prompts to process your exchange.

  • STEP 4.

    Happy Returns will send you a QR code to drop off the item(s) at the nearest location to you.


Return Process

We’ve partnered with Happy Returns to allow for quick, and environmentally sustainable returns in person across the U.S.

Step 1: Fill in order number and zip code

First, please enter your order number and postal code, then click 【Start Your Return】

Step 2: Choose your refund reason and refund method

Next, please choose your refund reason and method.

Step 3: Choose your return method

Finally, please choose how you'd like to send back the package.

There will be 2 options for you to choose.

Option 1: Return Bar

You'll get a QR code after submitting.

Using this code when you drop off your package at the Return Bar and your refund process will begin!


Option 2: Mail Back

Please remember to print the return label. Once you send out the package, we will initiate the refund process.


Note

  • If you encounter errors or issues preventing the successful submission of your return request, please contact us. We are unable to cover shipping costs for unauthorized returns.

  • If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or non-functional item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days and provide photo proof (The photos should clearly display the issue with the item/package and show the item label with size/SKU details) to receive a full refund or exchange.

  • If any items are missing from your package, please contact our customer service team for verification.

Please note: PatPat offers a 30-day Return Policy in which you can exchange or refund your purchase. We are unable to process return/exchange/refund requests after 30 days.
