Step 1: Check Eligibility
Before starting your return, please ensure that your order meets the following criteria:
Initiation of a return must occur within 30 days after the package is confirmed as delivered.
All returnable items must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered, undamaged, clean, and in their original condition with tags still attached. Returns will not be accepted for any items with obvious signs of wear, alterations, or missing tags.
Please make sure not to include any items that are not from PatPat in the return package as we will not be able to return them.
Note:All WEB orders are subject to a unified return and exchange process, applicable across all countries and regions.
Step 2: Find the return entrance
Click "Start a Return" at the bottom of the PatPat website or "Return" on the order details page.
Can't find this?
- The "Return" button will only be available if your order status has been updated to "Delivered."
- If you have an ongoing return request that's still being processed, this button won't appear. Rest assured, you'll be able to submit a new request once your previous return request is successfully completed.

Step 3: Enter the order information you wish to return
-- Enter your order number and email address and select the item you want to return.
-- Select the product you want to return, specify the reason for your return, and choose how you'd like your refund to be processed.
Step 4: Wait for return refund approval
(After submitting your return request, we will send an email to your account confirming receipt of your request).
Verify the items and amount for the refund, click "Submit," and wait for return refund approval.

Step 5: Return the item and upload the tracking number
-- After your return refund is approved, please complete the RMA, place it in the package, and mail it to the return address provided.
-- After uploading your tracking number, you can check the status of your return on the Returns page.
Step 6: Email follow-up
We will send you an email notification when your return has been delivered.
Your refund will be processed within 1-2 days, and the refund will generally be credited to your account within 7-15 days. Please be patient.
Note: After you initiate the return process, we will send you an email if the return refund status changes. Please check your email:
1. When you submit your return request
2. When your return is approved
3. When we receive the return
4. When we process your refund
5. When the return process is complete
We will send you an email for each of the five status changes above, so please pay attention!
Please note: PatPat offers a 30-day Return Policy in which you can exchange or refund your purchase. We are unable to process return/exchange/refund requests after 30 days.
