Policy

  • Initiation of a return must occur within 30 days after the package is confirmed as delivered.

  • All returnable items must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered, undamaged, clean, and in their original condition with tags still attached. Returns will not be accepted for any items with obvious signs of wear, alterations, or missing tags.

  • Please make sure not to include any items that are not from PatPat in the return package as we will not be able to return them.

Return shipping cost

Return postage costs depend on the logistics provider you choose.

At present, we have no restrictions on the choice of logistics provider, you can choose the logistics provider according to your own needs, and refer to the cost of the logistics provider.


Please Note:

  1. Currently, we do not support exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend that you first return it for a refund and place a new order. This method will allow you to exchange the item.

  2. If you have any questions about our return process, you can contact our customer service at any time.

  3. PatPat offers a 30-day Return Policy in which you can return or refund your purchase. We are unable to process return/exchange/refund requests after 30 days.
