Free Return Policy

PatPat offers free returns for eligible items in accordance with our Return Policy. For approved returns, PatPat will cover the return shipping cost.

Due to differences in return procedures across countries and regions, customers may be required to pay the return shipping cost upfront when sending the item back. Once the return has been shipped, customers may contact PatPat to request reimbursement of the return shipping fee. After verification and approval, the eligible shipping cost will be refunded.

Return Shipping Reimbursement Requirements

If your return qualifies for free return shipping, please contact PatPat Customer Support after returning the item and provide the following documents:

  • Proof of return shipping payment (such as a shipping receipt, invoice, or payment record).

  • The return package tracking number.

Important Notes

  • Both documents are required for the reimbursement request to be processed.

  • PatPat is unable to reimburse return shipping costs if the required documentation is not provided.

  • Please retain all shipping receipts and related documents until the return and reimbursement process has been completed.

  • The reimbursement amount will be reviewed and approved based on the actual and reasonable return shipping cost incurred.
