We accept returns/exchanges initiated within 30 days of receiving the goods. Returned items must be unused and unwashed.


After submitting a return request, PatPat will review it within 24-48 hours. You can check the processing progress, return address, and other detailed information in your order list.

After you have sent out the package, please keep the return shipping tracking number, shipping cost receipts, and contact us. We will issue a refund to you once the warehouse receives the package.

Return shipping cost

The cost varies depending on the logistics provider you choose, and unfortunately, we don't have the exact cost details.

But we're happy to let you know that PatPat is committed to supporting you by covering a portion of these shipping costs. Please contact our customer service team for more information.

Please Note:

Currently, we do not support exchanges. If you wish to replace your product we recommend opting for a refund to your PatPat wallet account, and then using the wallet to place a new order. This method will ensure a quicker refund than returning it to the original payment channel.

Regarding the refund amount

  • If your order had discounts, your refund will be based on the adjusted price you paid. Check your order summary for details on discounted items.

  • Only orders canceled before packaging can get a refund for shipping fees.

  • Discounts, points, vouchers, or any promotions during sales are one-time use and non-refundable after purchase.
