Return/Exchange Process(Non-US)

If you are not sure how to operate the return, please refer to the following steps.

Step 1: Check Eligibility

Before starting your return, please ensure that your order meets the following criteria:

  • Initiation of a return must occur within 30 days after the package is confirmed as delivered.

  • All returnable items must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered, undamaged, clean, and in their original condition with tags still attached. Returns will not be accepted for any items with obvious signs of wear, alterations, or missing tags.

  • Please make sure not to include any items that are not from PatPat in the return package as we will not be able to return them.


Step 2: Go to Order Page


Step 3: Click "Refund & Return" in the order list or details page

Having trouble finding this?

  • 'Refund&Return' button will only become available once your order status is updated to 'delivered'.

  • If you have an ongoing return request that is still being processed, this button will not appear. Rest assured, as soon as your previous return request is successfully completed, you will be able to submit a new request.

Step 4: Select the items you wish to return

Select the products you'd like to return, specify the reason for the return, and choose how you'd like your refund processed.

Selecting 【PatPat Wallet】 will expedite the refund process.

We will refund the amount to your PatPat wallet account, then you can quickly repurchase your favorite items!


Step 5: Awaiting Refund Approval

After you submit, PatPat will review it within 24-48 hours.

You can check the progress in the order list or order detail, and we'll make sure to update the return address information there for you.​
