If You Checked Out with a PatPat Account

If you placed your order while logged into your PatPat account, you can initiate a return in two ways:

1. Self-Service Return

  • Steps for Initiating the Return:

Step 1. Click the link above.

Step 2. Log into the account via the icon in the top right corner.

Step 3. Go to ORDER DETAILS to view your order.

Step 4. Select RETURN & REFUND to start the return process.

2. Contact Customer Support

If you'd prefer not to process the return yourself, you can always contact our customer service team for help. For the detailed steps, see the process outlined for guest checkout below.

If You Checked Out as a Guest

If you placed your order as a guest/visitor, please contact our customer service team to start your return and refund. When reaching out to our representative, please provide the following information to pull up the order quickly:

  • Order number

  • Email address or phone number you used during checkout
