Please first contact the shipping carrier to confirm the status of the package.
If the package is confirmed as lost, request an official loss certificate from the carrier.
Once obtained, simply send the tracking number along with a screenshot of the loss certificate to our customer service team, and we will promptly arrange either a reshipment or a refund for you.
