Why can’t I find my store credit at checkout?

If you don’t see your store credit during checkout, please try the steps below:

  1. Check your selected country/region
    Make sure the website or app is switched to the same country/region as your shipping address. Store credit can only be used in the correct region.

  2. Confirm your shipping address
    Ensure the address you entered belongs to the same country/region shown on the website/app.

  3. Check product availability
    Store credit won’t appear if an item in your cart is out of stock. Please confirm that all selected items are still available.

  4. Log out and sign back in
    A quick refresh of your account can sometimes fix display issues.
